My travels have exposed me to the amazing diversity of brewing methods and cultural settings where coffee is enjoyed. This also drives my curiosity about the fundamental element of all coffee: The roasted bean!
I typically roast 185g of green beans producing about 155g of roasted beans per batch. I roast using the Hottop K-8828B 2K+ drum roaster controlled by Artisan software.
This is a journey to master the craft of small batch roasting and to share this experience (and my coffee) with friends and family; my hope is that they find joy in the form of a good cup!
Why an otter? I just like otters…and coffee!
